Red Crow Community College is a First Nations college with locations in Standoff and Lethbridge. Our mission is to meet the cultural, educational, and training needs for Kainaiwa and beyond. We are currently seeking an Agriculture Economics Instructor to teach in the Niitsitapi Agriculture Certificate Program. Responsibilities include course development, instruction, student evaluation and advising.
Familiarity or willingness to learn Blackfoot culture, history, and language is preferred. The incumbent must have a master's degree and more than two years of experience working within a post-secondary environment. The instructor is expected to be personable, well-informed on the topic area, and effective at communicating in both speaking and writing. The instructor must work both independently and in collaboration with others. Familiarity of utilizing an Online learning management system (Moodle) is preferred. Delivery will commence the Fall semester 2023 and will be in-person at the new Standoff campus.
